New addition to Paisley Counselling

16Oct

I am delighted to share with you that I have expanded my team to include counsellors who are undertaking postgraduate studies in counselling and psychotherapy. My associative counsellors may work with different approaches which will be explained to you at your assessment.

FergusThis week I would like to introduce you to the most recent addition to Paisley Counselling, Mr. Fergus Muir

“Hello, my name is Fergus Muir and I am very excited to be joining Kim’s team as one of Paisley Counselling’s new Associate Counsellors. I have a great deal of life experience behind me; over the years I have worked in a number of fields and in a number of capacities. All of which has informed my character and developed within me a desire to learn to walk with others and help them journey through their struggles. I am currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My main areas of focus at Paisley Counselling will be depression, anxiety disorders, loss and bereavement. The foundation of my therapeutic practice is Person Centred Therapy on which I build and use the CBT tools. Remember that you don’t have to struggle alone. Paisley Counselling has already built up an excellent reputation and I am honoured that I am about to become a part of it’s story. If you feel you are struggling, then we can become a part of your story to recovery”.
