I am writing to inform you that for the foreseeable future I will be working from home either online or by telephone during time of covid 19 lockdown. It is not my preference and for most of you it would not be your first choice. Sadly at this time we have no other options. I understand the feeling of restriction some of you may feel from having a screen between us or just hearing a voice. However I would like to encourage you all to give this way of working, for now, a chance. You may find, like others have before you, that the restrictions fall away and you do feel “held”. Which then develops into knowing that you are “heard and seen” and that the barriers no longer block our connection. At your first counselling session we will discuss the different counselling models and choose which one(s) best suits your needs.

We’ll plan an initial series of six counselling sessions. After 6 weeks we will review the situation and either end the sessions or continue with more counselling.
